Returns:
Due to the consumable nature of supplements, we are unable to accept returns of opened or used products. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we’ll happily replace it or issue a refund.

Eligibility for Refund or Replacement:

  • Item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • Request must be made within 14 days of delivery.

  • Proof of purchase and clear photos of the issue must be provided.

Refund Processing:
Once approved, refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 working days.
